RULES OF ADMISSION FOR THE 29TH EDITION OF EnergaCAMERIMAGE FILM FESTIVAL
As a responsible organizer, we want to provide our participants with a safe and comfortable environment during their experience with this year’s edition of EnergaCAMERIMAGE Festival. We have thus decided that the purchase of our festival entry cards will only be possible for fully vaccinated visitors.
This year, we plan to organize the festival in a hybrid formula, which means that film screenings, seminars and workshops with film production specialists, meetings with the creators of the showcased films as well as other events will take place both in-person, in cinemas and on our online platform.
Concerned by the predictions about the arrival of the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Poland and paying close attention to security measures applied by other film festivals around the world, we would like to minimize the risk of its transmission during the in-person part of this year’s EnergaCAMERIMAGE. Our goal is to create a safe space that will support unforgettable cinematic experiences while maintaining all available security measures.
In October, we will launch the sale of festival entry cards allowing access to events scheduled throughout the festival week. The purchase of entry cards for the in-person part of the festival will only be possible for holders of a valid certificate confirming that they have received a full dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
We will soon publish more information, this time concerning the rules that will apply to one-day tickets and single tickets for individual events programmed for the in-person part of the festival. Closer to the opening date of the festival opening and taking into account the currently applicable national restrictions, we will decide whether to introduce the requirement of full vaccination, recovery status or a negative SARS-CoV-2 antibody test result for visitors looking to buy their festival tickets. We want to ensure that our ticket sales regulations are in line with the current conditions.
We would also like to inform that all participants of the in-person portion of the festival will be required to comply with the applicable sanitary regime imposed by the guidelines for organizers of cultural events of the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and Sport. Face masks, hand disinfection and a social distance of 1,5m will be required for all festival cinemas. The number of seats available in our cinemas will depend on the current sanitary requirements. Our website will feature detailed sanitary rules and all festival venues will be adapted to the applicable safety requirements.
We believe that by holding part of the festival online, we will allow those unvaccinated or those who decide to stay at home for safety reasons to take part in some of our events.
The sale of entry cards will be launched in October – the purchase instructions, pricelist and terms of sale will be made available on the festival website once the entry cards go on sale.
