Safety rules for the Festival participants



1. In all Festival areas (including cinemas) it is obligatory to cover the nose and mouth with face mask only (do not use face shields or scarves). Participants are required to use their own face masks.

2. Those who do not comply with the above will not be able to participate in the Festival.

3. Participants entering the Festival areas are obliged to disinfect their hands.

4. The purchase of an entry card for the in-person portion of the Festival is possible only for those who have a certificate confirming that they have received a full dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. It will be necessary to present this certificate to collect the entry card at the Festival reception desk. Only those certificates that confirm full vaccination with products authorized for marketing in the European Union will be accepted, i.e.:

• mRNA vaccines called Comirnaty (BNT162b2) from Pfizer and BioNTech
• mRNA vaccine called Spikevax (mRNA 1273) from Moderna
• AstraZeneca vector vaccine called Vaxzevria
• the COVID-19 vaccine Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)

5. Participants are asked to use contactless forms of payment at the Festival (by making a purchase in the Festival shop or at the Festival reception desk).

6. The preferred method of purchasing single tickets is online payment via the website www.energacamerimage.pl

7. When purchasing entry card(s) and single ticket(s) for the in-person portion of the Festival, participants are obliged to provide their contact details (name, surname, e-mail address and / or telephone number) in case of a SARS-CoV-2 infection detected in any of the participants. The data is collected in order to inform about possible contact with an infected person. The organizers are obliged to make the list of participants and employees available to the appropriate employees of the Local Sanitary and Epidemiological Authorities.

8. During the purchase of entry card(s) and single ticket(s) for the in-person portion of the Festival, participants are obliged to submit a declaration that reads: "I declare that in the event of any symptoms of disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus, I will not participate in the Festival".

9. Festival cinemas have limits imposed on the number of people who can participate in a screening. As at the date of these regulations (i.e. 6 November 2021), the occupancy limit is 75%. Vaccinated persons are not counted towards the limit. This limit will be modified in line with the current guidelines for use in cinemas.

10. It is recommended to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 meters in Festival areas (does not apply to screening rooms).

11. Participants are required to take seats in the cinema room indicated by the Festival staff. In the event of failure to comply with the above, the staff has the right to remove the participant from the cinema room.

12. Participants of the Festival will leave the cinema halls through the exits designated by the staff.

13. If any participant develops disturbing symptoms or symptoms that may indicate SARS-CoV-2 infection, such as: fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties, muscle pain and general fatigue, low-grade fever (body temperature between 37.2°C and 38°C), cold symptoms, loss of smell and taste, such participant should immediately notify the Festival staff about this.

14. Festival participants are obliged to follow the current sanitary recommendations.




Additional security measures provided by the Organizer



1. The Festival organizer will provide disinfectant dispensers in the Festival areas, in a way that will enable participants to disinfect their hands.

2. Information on hygiene rules and recommendations of sanitary services will be posted at the Festival area.

3. Air purifiers based on FS-ACT (full spectrum air cleaning technology), an advanced technology that neutralizes and removes the full spectrum of air pollutants, will be located throughout the Festival venues.

4. During the Festival, a mobile testing centre for COVID-19 antibodies will be made available near the CKK Jordanki Festival Centre. Nucleic acid amplification (RT-PCR) and rapid antigen tests (RAT) will be available. The Organizer does not cover the costs related to the participant's testing in the COVID-19 mobile test centre. The mobile test centre opening hours: from 12th to 21st November 8:00-17:00. Price: RT-PCR test – 351 PLN, antigen test - 145 PLN.

5. The organizer enables virtual participation in Festival events via the online.energacamerimage.pl platform, for those who, for various reasons, cannot participate in the in-person portion of the Festival (e.g. due to infection with SARS-CoV-2 virus or mandatory quarantine).
